With the primordial soup containing HTML, CSS and Javascript; web developers are able to build extraordinary experiences for the spectators of the world wide web. The intricate details of everything that goes into producing incredible user experiences is what encompasses the discipline of web development. Yet web development itself is a multidisciplinary field consisting of design, usability, typography, software engineering among other things.
The web isn’t exactly a utopian world, considering the very output of any web server is a markup open to interpretation by the browser’s engine which are more than a handful. A web developer always has to find the perfect balance between standards, performance and project deadline. In the world of web development the equivalent of putting together a single sentence with all such words as; usability, semantics, SEO, performance, standards and best practices is truly an incredible feat. And the web apps that have a purpose and do all of it are awe-inspiring.
